Auto fraud

Auto fraud is a tremendous problem in our society. Because of the pressure to sell cars in today’s competitive market, some dealerships allow or perpetuate fraudulent practices. Sometimes the dealer or salesman will roll back the vehicle’s odometer or sell a rebuilt wrecked vehicle without disclosing the prior damage. Sometimes the dealer will try to force a customer to buy a car by refusing to give back the customer’s trade-in.
Many times dealerships fail to comply with the federal Truth In Lending Act, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, or the Fair Credit Reporting Act. When you experience a problem at a dealership, you can turn to me for help. Call me at (843) 763-5297
